Oliver Dangel, Managing Director
Oliver Dangel completed an apprenticeship at a German bank, holds a diploma in Business Administration and Engineering as well as a Master Degree in International Management Consulting.
Before the foundation of Solics in the year 2000, Oliver Dangel was engaged as project manager, software developer and IT trainer at several consulting companies in Europe.
In his last position, he was head of IT-Solutions, responsible for more than 30 employees, at a consulting firm in Germany.
Andreas Grauer, Managing Director
Andreas Grauer completed his apprenticeship as wholesale and export trades businessman. For the first years in his professional career he was a procurement manager of prefabricated garages, and later on, project manager in the area of industrialized and recreational building at Kemmler, Germany.
Between 1996 and the foundation of Solics GmbH with Oliver Dangel in the year 2000, he worked as freelance IT consultant and project manager in several major projects for the implementation and the design of computer networks. In his latest function he was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure of a consulting company with over 70 employees and an adjoined call enter.
Apart from his position as Managing Director of Solics GmbH, Andreas Grauer is an active member of the following organizations:
