CRM Best Practice Award

Our client TüNet is awarded second place of the CRM-Best-Practice-Awards for outstanding customer orientation in small and medium sized businesses.

On November 9, 2005 the TüNet team was distinguished at the CRM-expo, the specialist exposition for Sales and Customer Orientation.

According to the motto “Learning from the Best“, excellent CRM projects are distinguished, which focus on the customer to an outstanding degree and ensure sustainable customer orientation within the company.

Here, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is not viewed as software implementation but rather as overall corporate philosophy.

The CRM-Best-Practice-Award is a nationwide award, which is offered in open competition in the categories "B-to-B", "B-to-C" and "small and medium sized businesses".
